Sodium & gluten free baking no longer needs to be flat, this leavening ingredient can be used in your favorite baking recipes to produce light and fluffy cakes, breads, pancakes and more. Available in a convenient canister, it is ideal for everyone including those on a low-sodium or gluten free diet. Just substitute equal amount in place of regular baking powder, or for better results add 2 times that amount. (Do not use as a substitute for baking soda).

Ingredients: Monocalcium phosphate, potato starch, potassium bicarbonate.
